But this was on the white board today and it made me giggle. And we all know how much I love to giggle.

I forgot to post yesterday. We had a double WOD day! So fun!

Max effort bench press… I cannot seem to improve on this one. I keep maxing out at 105lbs… and then never going any further, but upon speaking with one of our oly lifters, it seems my form is shit… so, we shall be working on this…

Mini-WOD

5 rounds for time

  • 5 floor presses - 65lbs rx’d (Fun! Until you miss your little platforms with the bar and drop it on your boobies.)
  • 10 burpees
  • 15 DUs
  • TIME: 8:02

This was… harder than expected. Maybe because it was more of a sprint? Not sure. But either way… beat a couple of the boys… tehehehhhe.
